Just in time for International Women’s Day, Urban Skin RX founder Rachel Roff launched a mentorship initiative specifically for leading ladies in business. Inspired by her own struggles in entrepreneurship, Roff created “For US, an RX for women in business,” to give aspiring business women a chance to meet with established entrepreneurs in their field.

Chosen as one of few female founders to mentor burgeoning business stars, Nude Barre CEO Erin Carpenter, will channel her shade matching and inclusivity expertise into a comprehensive way forward for like minded hopefuls. Guided by personal experiences with eurocentric bias in the intimates industry, Carpenter is the perfect match for those out to fix exclusive beauty standards across mediums.

So, what does the initiative have to offer blossoming bosses? With two to three sessions over the span of 90 minutes, mentees better have their notepads ready, this opportunity promises lots of one-on-one time. Applications are available via Google Form, and you should submit NOW for the chance to catapult your big idea into money moves. The submission window closes Friday, March 24th at 6:00pm, and mentees will be announced March 31st. We’ve got our shades out, the future's looking bright!
