Refund Policy
We hope you love and are excited about the product you ordered, but if not, NUDE BARRE still wants you to have a pleasant shopping experience with us. We offer a $10 standard shipping fee on returns for refunds only (exchanges exempt from the $10 fee) if done before 20 days of your delivery date. If you took a little longer to return to us no problem, we will cover the shipping cost and offer an exchange or credit ONLY if returned after 20 days of your delivery date. Note, effective November 13th, 2023 our return policy has been extended to January 31st, 2024 to provide convenience and flexibility for our customers.
Due to health and hygienic regulations, we cannot accept any worn merchandise, and all products are inspected prior to issuing a refund. If it has been determined the merchandise is worn, we will only issue a 25% refund or a discount of 30% towards an exchange of a new product.
30-Day Replacement Promise – Nude Barre guarantees the durability of our tights/fishnets. If they rip, tear, or run within 30 days of delivery, we will replace them for free. To submit a replacement claim, please email orders@nudebarre.com with your name and order number.
Refund or Exchange – All returns are accepted before 20 days of your delivery date and Nude Barre will provide the return label. Once a return label has been created you will have 14 days to drop it off at your local carrier in order to receive a refund. After 14 days, the return label will expire, and you will need to contact Customer Service for a new return label. This will result in the refund being issued as store credit towards a future purchase.
Return Cost – A flat rate of $10 will be deducted from your final refund for shipping and handling. Note - the $10 fee is waived for exchanges.
Exchange Only – Returned after 20 days of the delivery date.
No Show Socks
Due to health and hygienic regulations, this item is a final sale and cannot be returned.
Defective / Damaged Product
We at Nude Barre stand behind our products and are committed to delivering a pristine and blemish free product. Should our customers receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately (orders@nudebarre.com). Photos and a brief description of the issue is required in your email in order to process carefully.
BOGO Policy
All BOGO purchases are subject to exchanges only for another shade or size or a 50% refund.
Gift Card terms and conditions
Marketing Issued Gift Card terms and conditions:
1. Gift Card Issuance and Activation
1.1. Gift Cards (GCs) are issued by Nude Barre are issued to
customer for future purchase and are available for purchase online only.
1.2. GCs will be issued within 24 hours of purchase.
1.3. GCs must be redeemed by December 31st, 2023 they will
expire and become void.
1.4. If a customer requests a return of a purchase that resulted
in issuing a Gift Card the Gift Card becomes void.
2. Use of Gift Cards
2.1. GCs can be used as a method of payment for products and services offered by [Your Company Name].
2.2. GCs are not redeemable for cash or credit and cannot be transferred or exchanged for any other payment method.
3. Returns and Deactivation
3.1. If a product or service purchased with a GC is returned, the value of the returned item(s) will be credited back to the original GC used for the purchase.
3.2. GCs that have been fully redeemed or partially redeemed will not be refunded in cash or credit.
3.3. If a GC is used fraudulently or in violation of these terms and conditions, Nude Barre reserves the right to deactivate the GC.
